REGISTRY

Registry to obtain a seller’s number consists of seller’s name, address, telephone number. Pre-register for a seller’s number or register upon arrival providing it is between normal business hours.

SELLER’S NUMBER

The seller’s number is to be used on all lots of products offered for sale at Cumberland Valley Produce Auction. Remember, this number will identify your lots for payment. Additionally, please fill out a consignment sheet provided by Cumberland Valley Produce Auction to help verify that the correct payment is made.

SKID LOTS vs. CART LOTS

We sell in two different sections “skid lots and “Cart lots” In order to sell with the skid lots, seller must have minimum of 5 boxes per lot and must have all item on pallets. Skid lots get sold before any cart lots.

CART LOTS

Cart lots are for any item with less than five boxes per lot or any item not provided with a pallet.

SELLER HELP

We have staff available through normal business hours to unload and display your products.

SUPPLY UPDATES

We appreciate any calls on supply updates so we can properly inform our buyers on product availability.

SHIPPING

We have our own fleet of trucks to assist with the shipping of products.

PRODUCT PAYMENT

Checks will be issued in payment for products sold, less the appropriate commission at Cumberland Valley Produce Auction for products sold for the auction week and available for pick up the following Tuesday at the office. Checks will be mailed only at the seller’s request.
